Phoenix Real Estates SRL, the owner of the project, developed and managed this industrial park with a total land area of 35,000 m². The site included 1,600 m² of modern office space, 6,000 m² of refrigerated areas, and 8,000 m² of warehouses.

Phoenix oversaw the entire project from inception to completion, delivering the development on time in 2006. After years of successful operation, the industrial park was sold, marking the completion of another milestone for Phoenix.
