This completed project showcases our expertise in delivering high-quality industrial solutions. We successfully developed a 106,000 square meter site in southeastern Bucharest, Popești-Leordeni, located in the immediate vicinity of Bucharest Ring Road.

Phoenix Real Estates SRL, the owner of the project, developed and managed this industrial park with a total land area of 35,000 m². The site included 1,600 m² of modern office space, 6,000 m² of refrigerated areas, and 8,000 m² of warehouses.
