From Helios Phoenix to Olympian Parks
At Olympian Parks, we are proud to be part of the Helios Phoenix Group, a leading name in industrial real estate development and asset management in Romania.
Our journey began in 2003, when Helios Phoenix completed its first Class-A warehouse project, marking a major milestone that set the foundation for future growth in logistics and industrial park development.
Over the years, Helios Phoenix has strategically acquired prime industrial land and developed long-term partnerships to strengthen its presence in the Romanian logistics and warehouse market. In 2005, a collaboration with Helios Properties UK led to the launch of the Mercury Business Park, one of the early benchmarks of modern industrial development in Romania.
A key milestone came in 2010, when Phoenix acquired Helios’s share of their joint venture, consolidating full control over the company. This paved the way for more ambitious real estate investments and the creation of Olympian Parks—a dedicated brand focused on developing state-of-the-art industrial and logistics facilities.
As a subsidiary of Helios Phoenix, Olympian Parks carries forward a strong legacy of innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence. Each project reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality, energy-efficient industrial spaces that meet international standards.
In recent years, we have expanded our national footprint through major industrial land acquisitions and logistics park developments. Between 2015 and 2017, Helios Phoenix secured key sites in Popești-Leordeni (106,000 sqm), Timișoara (137,000 sqm), and Brașov (130,000 sqm)—laying the foundation for regional growth.
Our portfolio has continued to grow with Olympian Park Constanța (40,000 sqm), Olympian Park Cluj (75,000 sqm), and Olympian Bucharest North in Otopeni (200,000 sqm), Iasi (150,000 sqm) strategically positioned to serve Romania’s expanding logistics and e-commerce sectors.
Today, Olympian Parks stands as a key contributor to Romania’s industrial real estate landscape, offering over 650,000 sqm for future development. Guided by the Helios Phoenix vision, we remain dedicated to building sustainable, world-class logistics parks that connect businesses across Romania and Europe.
